This is a great kit. I will definately make it again. THis is my wifes favorite red I have made so far. Of course the Cellar Craft Amarone is still aging so let see if she keep s that opinion after we start drinking it! The finished wine is nicely balanced. Still benefits from some decanting but give it an hour and it is a great wine.
